Data, AI and Technology Headhunter - London Based - Supporting searches across the UK, EU and USLondon – Hybrid (2 days in office: Tue and Wed)I''m hiring a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst to join a growing analytics function within a global technology business. This newly created role will report directly into the Director of Analytics and work closely with senior stakeholders across GTM, Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams.What You’ll Be Doing

Partnering with GTM stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful dashboards and reports.Designing and delivering dashboards (Salesforce and Dom o) to track pipeline, forecasting accuracy, churn/renewals, and sales performance KPIs.Extracting, transforming, and cleansing Salesforce data to support revenue analytics.Presenting insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, supporting business-critical decision making.Collaborating with a US-based technical team who own the platform, while taking end-to-end ownership of dashboard design and delivery in the UK.Supporting ad-hoc analytics projects such as building a renewals bridge and enhancing pipeline forecasting accuracy.Salesforce expertise (essential – all data lives here).Experience building dashboards in Domo (nice to have), or transferable tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.Knowledge of Sales KPIs and revenue operations metrics (pipeline, forecasting, renewals, churn).SQL knowledge is a plus (though not heavily used day to day).Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills – able to communicate complex findings simply.Qualifications / Requirements
