Our client, a forward-thinking local authority, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as the Head of Housing Improvement, Regulation, and Performance. This is a temporary contract with a competitive daily rate ranging from -650 to -750 per day Umbrella, offering an exciting opportunity to lead transformative initiatives for a period of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Housing Improvement, Regulation, and Performance, you will:
- Lead the Charge: Develop and implement strategic improvement programmes that enhance housing services and elevate tenant satisfaction.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee regulatory compliance by conducting thorough testing and audits to meet statutory obligations.
- Data-Driven Decisions: analyse performance data to provide insights and inform decision-making processes.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with senior leaders, teams, and residents to align goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
