BRS Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a reputable commercial contractor for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a community project in Telford, starting in September.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering a high-quality commercial development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and regular health and safety inspections.
• Monitor programme progress and report to the Contracts Manager.
• Maintain site records, including daily diaries and RAMS.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Liaise professionally with clients, consultants and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience managing commercial developments from start to finish.
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Valid CSCS Card (Black or White preferred).
• First Aid at Work certificate.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver projects to programme.
