Role Overview Our client, a growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider operating within the non-food sector, is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimise multi-site warehouse and logistics operations. This role carries full accountability for operational performance, service delivery, cost control, and people leadership across a diverse customer portfolio. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, standardisation, and continuous improvement while ensuring high service levels in a fast-paced, contract logistics environment.
