This role balances people leadership with process management, ensuring that the team is engaged, motivated, and consistently achieving high performance. As a Shift Manager, you will set the tone for the shift driving a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for people development, operational performance, production flow, and resource management, ensuring individuals and the wider team have the tools, training, and guidance to succeed. This is a shift-based role, operating on an early and lates rotating pattern. Key Responsibilities Health and Safety Champion and embed a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Lead risk assessments, safe systems of work (SSOWs), and proactive safety initiatives. Hold the team accountable for maintaining high safety standards. Leadership and People Management Lead, coach, and motivate the shift team to achieve performance targets and foster continuous improvement.
