ElectricianWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our clients in house maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and refurbishment work. Your primary mission is to provide excellent fault diagnosis and customer service, ensuring homes remain safe and functional for all residents.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will undertake a wide range of electrical tasks in strict accordance with current I.E.E. wiring regulations (including Part P). Your daily work will include:Technical Repairs: Fault finding on single and three-phase installations, shower replacements, and immersion element replacements (including cylinder draining).Compliance and Testing: Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), Testing and Inspection, and Portable Appliance Testing.Certification: Completing electrical installation certificates, including minor works.Reporting: Promptly notifying the Qualifying Supervisor of any urgent repairs or Health and Safety defects.The Expertise You BringQualifications: You must hold CandG 2330 and CandG 2382 (essential). A CandG 2391 qualification is highly desirable.Technical Proficiency: The ability to work within manufacturer requirements, industry standards, and the expertise to diagnose and undertake repairs in domestic properties.Digital Literacy: Competent in using smartphones and PDAs for work scheduling, documentation, and communication.Self-Management: Capable of ..... full job details .....
