Fire Safety Manager HousingYour new company A large public sector organisation based in the Surrey area is seeking an experienced Interim Fire Safety and Compliance Manager to take strategic and operational responsibility for fire safety and statutory compliance across its Housing assets.This is a long-term contract role whilst the organisation goes through divisional restructure. Flexible working arrangements, typically 2/3 days in the office.This is a critical leadership role, ensuring homes are safe, compliant and managed in line with evolving legislation, regulatory requirements and sector best practice. You will lead and embed a robust, risk-based compliance framework with resident safety at its core.Your new role As Fire Safety and Compliance Manager, you will lead the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of all landlord compliance functions across the HRA.
