The IMCO Compliance and Project Analyst supports compliance monitoring, reporting, and project management initiatives for IMCO-related activities. This position plays a critical role in transactional monitoring, reporting, data management, tool optimization, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant operations and effective project delivery. Duties and Responsibilities Lead IMCO transactional monitoring, including planning, performing compliance tests, mapping future tests, assigning remediations, and liaising with business owners.Deliver international transactional monitoring support to local affiliates.Develop and enhance Smartsheet project management solutions, including upkeep and updates to asset tracking tools and linking tactic trackers.Maintain and modify SharePoint sites, including updating site structure, altering permissions, and supporting collaborative workflows.Manage the quarterly governance of the International Transactional Monitoring reporting.Report all HCP (Healthcare Professional) payments from IMCO activities.Perform quarterly reconciliation of payments as part of Transfer of Value and compliance processes.In collaboration with IMCO Compliance drive the maintenance and ..... full job details .....
