You will work closely with teachers and specialists to support pupils across primary and secondary age ranges, helping them engage with their learning and develop key life skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide targeted support to pupils with SEMH needs and additional diagnoses including ASD, ODD, etc.Assist in the delivery of personalised learning programmes and interventions.Support behaviour management strategies to create a safe, positive learning environment.Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.Contribute to maintaining accurate records and reporting pupil progress.What We''re Looking For:Experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly SEMH and ASD, is highly desirable.Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help pupils succeed.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic school environment.Relevant ..... full job details .....
