The successful candidate can work at an office location that suits them , including the option of working on a hybrid basis. The working week is Mon - Fri 37.5 hours per week .They are a multi discipline Consultancy who offer a wide range of professional services. Duties will include : Engaging in the delivery of Quantity Surveying services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Managing costs and finances throughout various stages of various construction projects. Assist with procurement and management of sub-contractors. Ensure compliance with all aspects of the contract, liaise with the project teams on project status. Guarantee the financial success and quality delivery of construction projects through effective cost management, procurement, contract administration, risk management, and value engineering. Completing Reinstatement Cost Assessments Compiling budget cost and feasibility estimates. Supporting other colleagues within the multi-disciplinary practice.
