The Elderly Care department based within a trust in Greater Manchester are looking for a Locum Consultant in Geriatrics to start as soon as possible for 3 months in the first instance.Core working hours will be Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00.The proposed job plan will include a mix of ward rounds across 2 wards and SDEC frailty.This will be based across an Older Person’s Assessment Unit and No Criteria To Reside ward for complex care patients. Sometimes the ward round will be a session in ED as the frailty team so flexibility is needed. Full job details available on request.You must hold full the following in order to be considered:GMC license to practise.NHS experience in Elderly Care/Frailty.Specialist Registration in Geriatrics is desired.
