Finance Administrator

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Contract Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Leeds! The Role: Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training and competency records, PPE, toolbox talks.Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting.Schedule engineers across our client sites.Take calls from the client and send jobs to engineers.Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly.Attend and participate in weekly/monthly Contract Review and finance meetings.Create monthly customer report with contract manager.Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.Create/raise Extra Works jobs.Create accurate Purchase Orders in a timely manner.Regularly review and process supplier invoices.Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin.Run and review Profit and Loss reports monthly and influence PandL result.Run and review debt report weekly.Review all open orders and follow up Details Monday - Friday8am - 5pmHybrid once trained Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a similar administrative roleExperience within the FM industry is advantageousExperience with invoices/raising POs EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES We are an equal opportunities employer and ..... full job details .....
