This unique opportunity combines regular cleaning duties with occasional cover for our Warden team, helping ensure our residents receive consistent support and our schemes remain safe, clean, and welcoming. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, takes pride in high standards of cleanliness, and is committed to supporting older residents while promoting their independence. Key Responsibilities Role 1: Cleaner (12 hours per week) Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all communal areas, including laundry rooms, refuse areas, hallways, and shared facilities. Work safely and comply with all Health and Safety and COSHH regulations. Manage cleaning supplies, including ordering and safe storage. Report hazards, damage, or maintenance issues promptly. Follow all Trust policies and attend training as required. Role 2: Relief Warden (Zero Hours, As Required) Provide warden cover across Trust schemes to ensure continuity of service.
