This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in reshaping how students are recruited, admitted and onboarded, helping to deliver a future-state operating model supported by modern technology and streamlined processes. Working within a high-profile transformation programme, you will engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas, analyse current processes, gather and manage requirements, and help design future ways of working that improve the applicant and stakeholder experience. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions. Capture, document and manage business, user, process and data requirements. Analyse existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement. Design and document future-state business processes across the student lifecycle. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and help build consensus across diverse teams. Support technology procurement activities, including supplier evaluation and requirements validation.
