The Role As a Legal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Fee Earners, ensuring client matters are handled efficiently and in line with firm and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing client matters accurately using the Proclaim case management system Preparing, organising, and archiving legal files Diary management Drafting client correspondence via audio typing, word processing, and digital dictation Handling client and third-party calls and enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner Managing incoming emails, post, and general administrative tasks Assisting with the witnessing of wills and other legal documents Supporting with billing About You Previous experience in Wills and Probate is essential Highly organised, efficient, and able to prioritise workloads effectively Strong communication skills Confident in dealing with clients in a sensitive and professional manner Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with Proclaim is beneficial but not essential) If you ..... full job details .....
