Outbound Sales Advisor

Confident on the phone and ready to turn conversations into results? This 8-month temporary sales assignment could be just the opportunity you''re looking for with the possibility of a permanent position, depending on business needs. This role is all about driving growth, building relationships, and making an impact through meaningful sales conversations. You ll be part of a supportive, customer-focused team, managing a mix of outbound campaigns and using your communication skills to help people find the right solutions. Expect variety from outbound calling and follow-ups, to needs assessments and handling objections. You ll use a clear sales strategy, adapt your approach to different customers, and log all your activity in the CRM system. What you''ll be doing: Running outbound sales campaigns from planning through to close Building tailored strategies to generate new business and retain existing customers Having conversations that uncover customer needs and align them with the right solutions Managing your own diary for call-backs and follow-ups Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking sales progress Working across teams for smooth handovers and customer experience Pitching in with admin or email support as needed This could be a great fit if you: Have experience in outbound sales, telesales, or phone-based customer contact Are confident navigating a conversation and closing with ease Stay motivated by targets and take pride in hitting your sales ..... full job details .....
