We''re recruiting for an multi-skilled engineer to join a well-established, forward-thinking manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering leader or a skilled multi-skilled maintenance engineer looking for leading training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in a team or alone on shift
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Respond to machinery breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime
- Drive continuous improvement and team development
- Report directly to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years'' experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
- Level 2 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline
- Strong independence
- Proactive, positive approach with a focus on improvement
- FMCG experience highly desirable
