The Role:The role of the Senior Technician is to provide effective and efficient, guidance, mentoring and support to operational production teams to safely and reliably deliver clean drinking water. To undertake all technical aspects of work on production assets, and to be able to problem solve, develop and implement tactical plans to overcome both proactive and reactive challenges to support the company s ambitious quality, safety, and environmental targets. Critical Performance Objectives: Continuous employee engagement, staff retention and team development.Assess the competency of the team in conjunction with the Competent Operator Scheme manual.Deliver the companies unplanned outage ODI to a maximum reward position.
