In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating auto-mail enclosing machines to process daily workloads accurately and efficiently. You will play a key part in ensuring all client jobs are dispatched on time and in full, consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate auto-mail enclosing machines according to work orders and client-specific instructions. Maintain daily production output in line with SLAs and internal performance targets. Manage all aspects of the enclosing process, including stock replenishment, job scheduling, and machine throughput to maximise efficiency. Carry out quality checks and follow company processes for cleaning, maintenance, enclosing, and dispatch. Identify and report any machine faults, stock issues, or print quality concerns promptly to management. Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion. Adhere to all health and safety policies and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
