You will ensure every project runs smoothly, keeping customers informed and service levels on track. The job: Act as the main point of contact for delivery communications Schedule surveys, installations, and maintenance visits Work with sales to prepare accurate and competitive quotes Generate POs and maintain internal systems with up-to-date records Collect and log post-delivery documentation Configure delivery workflows (Odoo experience a bonus) Produce weekly reports and action plans to track progress The ideal candidate: Strong project coordination and organisational skills Scheduling experience would be ideal.
