Our client is a fast growth tech company providing IT and Comms technology to small and medium businesses throughout the UK. This role will suit an enthusiastic customer service focused individual with previous experience wortking within the ICT sector preferably in a 2nd line role. You will be troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems onsite for clients. When not onsite with clients you will assist the IT Helpdesk. Main duties: Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair services Perform routine maintenance on hardware, software and networks Diagnose and resolve technical issues Install and configure software applications and operating systems Provide technical support to users Experience required: Have an ICT background with 2nd Line experience Practical knowledge of being onsite supporting customers Full driving license (use of pool vehicles) The ability to work quickly, calmly and accurately under pressure This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely fast growth technology company with a nationwide presence.
