If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Pyrometry Engineer at our customer embedded site in Wolverhampton. Job Opportunity Joining our team as a Pyrometry Calibration Engineer. Key part to this role is the inspection and validation of certificates (Trescal and third party). Maintaining relevant records of work, data, and results in a traceable and auditable manner. Utilising NADCAP and UKAS to carry out Calibrations and support the customers technical needs. You will be responsible for calibrating measuring instrumentation used in Customer accredited processes in accordance with ISO 9001, Company Procedures, and recognised specifications. Your key responsibilities will also include: Perform calibration of customer equipment using approved procedures and good Metrology practice. Calibrating measuring instrumentation on a customer site to traceable standards.Ensure all certificates and records are completed accurately.Participate in customer surveillance and accreditation audits.Maintain the availability of the Laboratory standards as dictated by the Head of Quality.Perform internal cross comparison audits within the Laboratory as required.Produce and audit calibration procedures for use within the Laboratory for customer calibration.Develop measurement uncertainty budgets for customer calibrations.Conduct all duties in accordance with Company Health and Safety ..... full job details .....
