Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer; ensure service delivery meets all SLA agreements and adheres to cleaning schedules.Maintain the hospital''s reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities to develop this further.Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers; deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.Work to own initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude; able to work to a schedule; be a team player; strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.Qualifications

Ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; training can be provided.Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
