Responsibilities
Direct and manage all culinary operations for conferences, banquets, private dining, and large-scale events
Develop and refine diverse menusfrom canapé receptions to full banquet services and private dining experiences
Oversee procurement, cost control, and supplier relations to maintain profitability and quality
Ensure the kitchen meets rigorous food safety, hygiene, health and safety (including HACCP, COSHH) and legal compliance standards

Schedule, train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff, including sous chefs and chef de parties
Deputise for the Executive Head Chef as required, maintaining consistency and excellence in their absence

Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as Head Chef or Banqueting Head Chef in a comparable venue or hospitality environment

Proven track record of leading busy, high-volume kitchens, ideally with banqueting or private dining experience
Strong food and beverage budgeting, cost control, and menu costing skills
Excellent knowledge of compliance in food hygiene, safety, and environmental standards
