This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience in rural or land surveying, property due diligence, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring land and property interests, undertaking site inspections, carrying out due diligence, and providing expert property advice to support project delivery. The role involves regular engagement with landowners, occupiers, local authorities, and other stakeholders, as well as assessing property-related risks and opportunities.
