We re currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Employability Trainer to deliver a variety of training and one to one support to prepare participants for securing sustainable employment. You ll facilitate high quality and engaging sessions to participants which develops their employability skills, which will include interview techniques, job application tactics, confidence restoration sessions and identify transferrable skills. You ll also be responsible for teaching job searches via Linkedin, Facebook and all other Social Media networks as well as ensuring that they have the right equipment. You ll provide motivational support to build positive relationships, guide, inspire, challenge, encourage and help individuals obtain sustainable employment. Our ideal candidate will be able to utilise digital technologies and other channels, be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies, i.e. Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business. However, we aren t always looking for someone who ticks every single box just so long as you have an engaging personality, are comfortable working with a diverse group of people, and can provide a warm and welcoming experience to help our customers in their first steps back into employment.
