We are looking for an experienced Strategic Lead - Divisional Assurance and Reporting to provide senior leadership across the assurance and reporting function within a Housing Options and Homelessness service. This is a Head of Service-level role, with responsibility for ensuring robust performance oversight, financial sustainability, effective reporting and continuous service improvement across the division.The Role Lead the Divisional Assurance and Reporting function across Housing Options and Homelessness. Provide oversight of performance, assurance, reporting and financial sustainability across the division. Develop robust reporting arrangements that provide senior leadership with clear oversight of service performance, risks and outcomes. Drive continuous improvement and ensure learning is embedded across services. Support the delivery of value for money and sustainable housing services. Manage people and resources within the function. Work closely with the other Strategic Leads covering Homelessness and Rough Sleeping, Housing Register and Allocations and Temporary/Private Rented Accommodation. Work directly with the Director of Housing Options and Homelessness, Elected Members and senior stakeholders.
