Our insurance arm leverages global resources and financial strength to tailor policies to meet individual customer needs.We operate a hybrid schedule, allowing two remote workdays per week.Reporting to the International Head of Energy and Construction, you will be responsible for driving the expansion and strategy of our Construction proposition across Everest International Insurance (EII), focusing on underwriting profit and delivery.Lead the strategic direction and profitable growth of the EII Construction Portfolio, developing underwriting guidelines and collaborating on strategies to identify regional growth opportunities.# Assist in integrating Everest Insurance International and North American Construction portfolios.# Work with the Head of Risk Engineering to develop risk assessment criteria.# Collaborate with Actuarial teams to develop pricing tools and monitor portfolio performance.# Coordinate with Claims, Loss Control, and Accounting departments.# Work alongside the Head of Energy and Construction and Ceded Re regarding the EandC Reinsurance Treaty.
