Agreat opportunity to join a fast past business in a growing HR Team.
This is a brand new role working closely with the HRBP''s in a generalist capacity for all aspects of HR including:
- Employee Relations casework
- Partnering with Managers across the business for all HR matters
- Coach, guide and upskill managers
- Induction and onboarding into the business.
- Supporting with review of HR policies and procedures in line with legislation
- Supporting the implementation and roll out into the business of a new HRIS
- HR projects
- Travel across the UK as and when required
- Based out of the Leeds Office 4 days per week with 1 day WFH
- Salary -35-40k depending on experience
