SEN Support Worker / Buddy in Lingfield, Surrey (RH7). Salary/Wage: £23.00 gross per hour Approx. £41,710.00 gross per annum (based on 39 weeks per year) Driving Requirements: Yes, own car required for travel to and from the family home and whilst on duty (mileage paid) Essential: Experience supporting young people or adults with learning disabilities. Confident supporting individuals with epilepsy, including following seizure protocols and administering medication. Calm under pressure with a safe, consistent, and reliable approach. Non-smoker/vaper. Respectful, patient, and comfortable working within a family environment. This role is open to female applicants only. Desirable: Experience supporting individuals with visual impairment. Knowledge or experience of ketogenic diets and epilepsy management training. Previous experience supporting young adults with complex needs.
