This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join a supportive and collaborative management team within a fast-paced production environment. The successful person will be responsible for overseeing factory operations and leading a team of approximately 12 employees on a day-to-day basis, with the opportunity to step into a broader management support role when required. Shift Pattern Monday- Friday 5:30am- 14:30 Pay Rate £14.77 per hour The RoleAs a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of factory operations, supporting both production teams and site management.
