This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer or existing Engineering Team Leader who is looking to take responsibility for a small engineering team while remaining hands-on within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site reliability, supporting and developing engineers and apprentices, and ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is completed effectively.
