Fresh is seeking a dynamic and passionate General Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. You ll be leading operations at Sketch House, our vibrant 475-bed student accommodation development just five minutes walk from Finsbury Park Underground and National Rail station. We re looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values excellence, and wants to make a meaningful impact on the resident experience. In this role, you ll lead a dedicated on-site team, fostering a supportive and safe community for residents while driving operational performance. You ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of the building, including budgets, compliance, stakeholder relations, and team leadership, ensuring the site continues to deliver exceptional standards throughout the fixed-term period. What You ll Be Doing Lead and inspire the on-site team to deliver an outstanding resident experience. Manage budgets and drive operational efficiency.
