Prepare subcontractor enquiries and comparisons. Measure and value works from drawings and BIM models. Support procurement of façade, cladding, roofing, and envelope packages. Assist with monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts. Track project costs against budgets. Attend site meetings and progress reviews. Work with project managers, designers, and site teams. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or similar.
