Working for a leading Facilities Management provider, you''ll play a vital role in maintaining service continuity, driving compliance, and ensuring exceptional engineering performance across a complex and highly regulated site.

The Role
 
As Engineering Lead, you will:

• Provide leadership across a critical banking environment, ensuring safe and effective service delivery.
• Lead and support the onsite engineering team, driving performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Act as the primary engineering contact for the client, building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee permit-to-work systems, risk management processes, and engineering governance.
• Support incident management, audits, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved.

You

To be successful in this role, you''ll bring:

• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role within Facilities Management or critical environments.
• Strong experience within banking, financial services, data centres, or other mission-critical facilities.
• Demonstrable success managing engineering teams within live operational environments.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualifications and a strong understanding of compliance and engineering governance.
