Fibre Network Planner (Onsite, 6-Month Contract, Outside IR35)We are looking for an experienced Fibre Network Planner for a 6-month onsite contract (outside IR35) with an immediate start. You will work on large-scale core network projects, including site closures and diversionary works.Key Responsibilities: Plan and design fibre networks using GIS tools (eg, GE Smallworld).Prepare technical documentation (LLDs, schematics, splicing schedules).Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams.Manage Legacy networks, customer migrations, and high-risk cable outages.Maintain clear communication and problem-solving under pressure. What You Need: Proven experience in fibre network planning.Proficiency with GIS tools and understanding of fibre routing, cable types, and splicing.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
