This is an excellent opportunity to partner with managers and employees across a diverse organisation, providing expert HR support while helping to drive key people initiatives and business success. As a People Partner, you''ll provide a comprehensive HR service across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all people-related matters. You''ll play a key role in delivering HR strategy, managing complex employee relations cases, supporting organisational change programmes, and driving continuous improvement across people processes.
