You''ll focus on strengthening customer retention, increasing repeat purchases and boosting lifetime value across their B2B ecommerce customer base. You''ll plan, build and improve email campaigns, automated journeys and lifecycle communications using Brevo and the CRM platform. The aim is simple: make sure every customer receives the right message at the right moment.You''ll work closely with marketing and sales to shape audience segments, personalise communications and maintain clean, reliable CRM data. You''ll also manage a clear communications calendar to keep activity organised and consistent.A strong analytical approach is key.
