You are responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage areas to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. you will be the face of our Hotel with your customer service-oriented personality, and great communication skills.You will be liaising directly with our valued guests face-to-face, creating a memorable check in and out experience, settling their accounts, responding to phone queries and reservations, as well as demonstrating strong knowledge of the hotel and local area. Youll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home, all whilst delivering on our passion to Make Guests Smile.What we need from you...As a Restaurant, Bar and Events Manager, you are responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage areas to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You are also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.
