OverviewSite Manager – Woking, Surrey

Salary: £23 - £28 per hour (CIS / Ltd)

Contract type: Temporary position | Start: ASAP

Requirements: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

Note: Long hours and weekend work available. 6 months plus work.

Responsibilities

Manage an hotel refurbishment project as the Number 1 site manager on site, with a very client facing role and a tight programme.

Procure, commercially manage and run jobs on your own; supported by a visiting Contract Manager.

Maintain a strong focus on quality, health and safety, and brand value on site.

Qualifications

Track record of working on commercial fit out jobs.

Ability to hit the ground running.

Good eye for detail and strong quality assurance skills.

Health and Safety focused.

Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
