Static-Mechanical-Maintenance Technician-

My client is a leading facilities provider. They are currently recruiting for a-static-mechanical/plumber technician for a site in NW London.-You will have a mechanical/plumbing qualification as well as a proven-track record-in commercial maintenance.-

Sector: Commercial Maintenance-

Duties will include ppm and reactive on-general mechanical/plumbing assets on site, including audio and visual checks on plant equipment, TMV''s, toilet furniture and blockages/leaks, checks on ahu''s, fan coils and splits units, general maintenance duties, escorting-sub-contractors-and helping other engineers.-

Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday-

Salary is 40K, with-no call out, overtime if wanted.-
