A -75m t/o building contractor is looking to appoint a Quality Manager to manage and oversee the quality assurance procedure,-perform quality audits on live schemes and ensure the best quality and specification adherence is being maintained across projects in the south east area.

Projects are typically -20m new build contracts in the care & retirement home sector so they seek someone who is experienced in monitoring build quality on similar type work.-

ABOUT YOU

• Construction professional - ex trades, Clerk of Works, Snagging Manager
• Experienced in the use of PROCORE or similar technology
• Wide ranging knowledge of building practices and specifications
• Experienced in preparing site audits and reporting to Director level
• Stable career record to date
• Prepared to be part office/home based with regular visits to approx 12 contracts in the South East area.

The salary is negotiable and the package will include a car/car allowance, pension and generous bonus.
