We''re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our established team in Oxford! If you''re passionate about property, thrive on building relationships, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You may have a background as a Property Manager, Residential Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Senior Property Manager or Property Portfolio Manager. If so, we''d love to hear from you! You''ll take ownership of a residential property portfolio, managing the entire tenancy journey from check-in to check-out. You''ll build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinate repairs and maintenance, conduct property inspections, negotiate tenancy renewals, and resolve deposit disputes. You''ll also play a key role in ensuring properties meet the latest legislative and safety requirements, while keeping records accurate and rent payments on track.
