Job title: Warehouse Operative
Job type: Temp to Perm
Location: Stevenage
Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm, & Friday, 7am-2pm
Hourly rate: £13.50 per hour
Our rapidly growing client based in Stevenage are currently looking for a Forklift qualified Warehouse Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. The successful candidate MUST have a Counterbalance FLT license, along with a Pivot Truck license (desirable but not essential). This is an active role, where the right candidate must be physically fit and able to get stuck into Manual Handling tasks.
Duties: - Using a forklift truck to rotate stock within the warehouse - Using a forklift truck to load and unload deliveries - Pack orders readied to be dispatched - Quality checking products before shipping - Processing order sheets - Inputting data onto Warehouse Management Systems - Regular stock checks - Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse
What''s needed:
- Counterbalance FLT license (essential)
- Pivot Truck license (desirable but not essential) - Previous Warehouse & Logistics experience - Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads - Showcase reliability and flexibility
