Looking to recruit a reliable, enthusiastic Midday Assistant to join the team in an outstanding school based in the Upminster area. For the role you will provide a safe, calm and enjoyable lunchtime for students with various Learnng Disabilities and Complex Needs. To start as soon as possible - Monday to Friday 2hrs per day (Term time only) Additional hours may be offered if and when needed but not guaranteed. Midday Support responsibilities: Supervise and support the students during their lunchtime period and play. Encourage positive behaviour, friendships and inclusive play. Suport the students dietary requirements and eating. Happy to assist with personal care if needed. Respond to minor accidents or incidents and report concerns to SLT. Follow the schools safeguarding, health and safety and behaviour policies at all times.
