Role: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Crewe
Type: Permanent
Shifts: 4 on 4 off (1pm-11pm)
Salary: Up to -35,000 per annum

HRGO is currently recruiting 2 experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join a successful e-commerce distribution warehouse in Crewe.

You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and making sure orders are processed and dispatched on time.

The role:

• Oversee and guide the warehouse team to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.
• Use FLT equipment, including counterbalance and reach trucks, when required.
• Monitor performance to ensure production and dispatch goals are regularly met.
• Coordinate order picking activities and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.
• Proactively spot potential issues and take steps to resolve them before they develop further.
• Report more complex problems to senior management when necessary.
• Distribute workload and staff efficiently in response to changing operational needs.
• Support onboarding of new employees and help develop the skills of current team members.

The candidate:

• Hold an in-date counterbalance licence.
• Reach licence would be advantageous
• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, dispatch procedures, and inventory management processes.
• Well organised, detail oriented, and able to remain effective in high-pressure environments.
