As a Plumbing Lecturer, you''ll teach and support learners across Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Plumbing programmes, helping students develop both their practical skills and technical knowledge. You''ll deliver engaging lessons, support learner progression, and prepare students for employment within the Plumbing and Heating industry.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Plumbing professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for developing others. You should hold a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or Heating alongside current ACS Gas qualifications. Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential, as full teacher training and qualifications will be funded and supported by the College. You''ll be confident communicating with learners of varying abilities and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.

The role:

• Teach Plumbing programmes across Levels 2 and 3.
• Deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons.
• Support, motivate, and mentor learners throughout their studies.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Work within brand-new industry-standard workshops and facilities.
• Fully funded Level 5 teaching qualification provided.

The person:

• Experience within the Plumbing and Heating industry.
• Level 3 Plumbing qualification (NVQ or Advanced Craft).
• ACS Gas qualifications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for supporting and developing learners.
• Teaching or assessing experience desirable but not essential.
