HR and Payroll Administrator
We are currently supporting a well-established facilities management organisation are looking for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will work closely with both the HR and Payroll department in a fast-paced environment processing 1300+ staff across the UK. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Day-to-day administration of HR and payroll services for approximately 1,300 employees across the UK, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, absence, and leavers.Maintain compliance documentation and accurate HR records.Support payroll processing: validate inputs, assist with statutory calculations, and process leavers.Handle general admin tasks and act as a first point of contact for employees.Proactive continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes and systems.
