We are seeking a dedicated PA to the Headteacher and Clerk to the Governors to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure efficient governance processes.Day to Day of the RoleAs PA to the Headteacher:Act as the primary point of contact for the Headteacher, managing communications and scheduling.Maintain the Headteacher''s diary, ensuring appointments and meetings are prioritised and well-coordinated.Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents for the Headteacher.Organise meetings, take minutes, and handle all necessary arrangements including venue and refreshments.Manage confidential information with discretion and in compliance with safeguarding policies.Support the Headteacher in student administration and event management.As Clerk to the Governing Body:Schedule and organise Governing Body meetings, ensuring all materials and agendas are prepared in advance.Record minutes and track action items from meetings, providing follow-up as needed.Maintain accurate governance records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.Support the Governors with the preparation for inspections and policy reviews.Manage the Governor Hub for document ..... full job details .....
