The FirmOur client, a leading, Top 60 law firm are seeking a Legal Secretary to support their Corporate team in their London office.The OpportunityThe successful Legal Secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support to Associates and Senior Associates within the firm''s Corporate team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive and can do attitude towards work. Duties to include:Production of documents and correspondenceOpening client files and managing onboarding processesDiary management and organising meetings/ appointmentsManage and coordinate billing and compliance processesManage the workflow of the team on a day to day basisAnswering phone calls, taking accurate messages and passing this on to the correct contactMonitor inboxes on behalf of Fee Earners This Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm.
